Summary

The stablemaster is a shy, almost servile Argonian, except in the parrapton stables. There, he is strict with all visitors, making certain they go to the Queen Parrapton and ask permission to ride one of her children. She will then select an appropriate mount from among her progeny.

 

He will also train potential riders, showing them the simple hand rubbing maneuvers used to control the parrapton. Casts-The-Bones himself has mastered over a thousand permutations, allowing him to communicate with them better than he can communicate with people.
